We offer our services on a fixed price basis or an hourly rate basis. Typically, fixed price work applies to finite well scoped projects and hourly rate for ongoing projects.
We deliver fully managed project work, both on and off site, as follows:
- On-site consultation / requirements gathering
- Delivery of proposal for approval
- Delivery of detailed specification and project plan for approval
- Development of solution with weekly status reporting
- Delivery of solution, test and sign-off
